Our cakes are made with only the freshest ingredients, they taste just the way your mother or grandmother made them. The name came from my mother, Hannah Jo Warren Johnson and my mother in-law Beatrice Smith. My mother was born in Texas and raised on a farm where they grew their food and made everything from scratch. She is eighty-six years old and still works out three days a week and reads everyday. She has a strong belief in God and people. Then there's the name Bea. Bea is short for Beatrice. Although she was not in my life for very long, I found her to be one of the strongest, smartest women I ever had the privilege of meeting. Her kind nature and spirit for life was a lesson I have never forgotten. Between my mother and Bea, I feel their love and support and their prayers.
